The One Hotspur Rewards programme is a way of repaying you for your loyalty, and ultimately aims to save you money on the cost of supporting the Club.
One Hotspur Members have exclusive access to One Hotspur Rewards. Simply put, One Hotspur Rewards is a way to get money off purchases from the Spurs Megastore and Spurs Shop Online. What’s more, as a Member of One Hotspur you’re already set up to use it – for free!
One Hotspur Rewards has teamed up with loads of popular retailers, both online and on your local high street to offer you cash back whenever you shop with them. We’re calling this cash back ‘Club Cash’.
How Do I get started?
As we mentioned earlier, you’re already set up with One Hotspur Rewards and can log into your account at onehotspurrewards.co.uk using your One Hotspur Client Reference Number or registered email address.
Where you collect your ‘Club Cash’
We’ve got a great range of Online and High Street Retailers for you to shop with - Ebay.co.uk, Currys, Burton, Amazon.co.uk, Halfords and Superdrug are just a few where you can collect Club Cash. onehotspurrewards.co.uk will show a percentage cash back next to each of the participating retailers instead of how many points you will collect. So by spending £10 at a retailer offering 3% cash back you’d collect £0.30 in ‘Club Cash’. It’s that Simple.
The ‘Club Cash’ Membership Card
The ‘Club Cash’ you collect will automatically go onto a brand new One Hotspur membership card which you’ll receive in your One Hotspur Membership pack for the 2008/2009 season.
Where to spend your 'Club Cash'
You’ll be able to spend any ‘Club Cash’ that you collect by presenting your special One Hotspur pre-pay membership card when buying from the following outlets:·
- The Spurs Megastore, the Spurs Harlow Store, Spurs Chelmsford Store and the Spurs Enfield Store - Full or part payment
- Spurs Direct Mail Order* - Coming soon - Full payment only
Please note that 'Club Cash' will be available to spend at these outlets from 1 August 2008.
What if I’ve not got enough ‘Club Cash’ for what I want to buy?
It’s no problem as you can part pay for whatever you’re buying using your ‘Club Cash’. The difference could be made up using another credit/debit card or by paying in cash.
Process for collecting your ‘Club Cash’ online and in the high street
Securely register your Credit and Debit cards to your One Hotspur Rewards account. Use them in our High Street retailers and collect your ‘Club Cash’ automatically. You’ll collect ‘Club Cash’ for every card you add too!
To collect ‘Club Cash’ with our Online Retailers just log into your account at onehotspurrewards.co.uk and click through to the chosen retailer’s website from our Online Shopping page, then complete your transaction as normal.
